John Giffen is an award-winning real estate broker, manager, agent, author, and real estate educator. He is Director of Broker Operations for Benchmark Realty, LLC, one of the fastest-growing independent real estate companies in North America. He holds numerous industry designations and certifications, including the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations from the National Association of REALTORS® and the GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute) designation from Tennessee REALTORS®. He has authored the Tennessee REALTORS® Residential, Commercial, and Principal Broker Core courses required for license renewal in Tennessee. In 2014, John was named “REALTOR® of the Year” by the Williamson County Association of REALTORS®. He is a multimillion-dollar REALTOR® and has earned numerous awards and accolades for his sales production over the years, including “Rookie of the Year” by his first real estate brokerage.
His book “Do You Have a Minute?
